Privacy notice

This notice explains what Meetings Lab does with the details you give us through this website. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you choose to add them, your company website, your role and your message. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details to answer your request. That might mean sending you the bench read you asked for, or replying to a question. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us about the same thing, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone. They stay with us, used only to deal with your request.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track how you move around these pages.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to virginia.montgomery@meetingslab.co, or send the request through our contact form. If we have been in touch and you would rather we were not, reply "stop" and we will stop contacting you.
